We take a collaborative approach to helping you find and secure a location with a local real estate professional. We use analytics to help determine the viability of a location within a certain radius to insure your success.
Yes, in fact most of our franchisees own more than 1 location. The Lapels Cleaners Hub and Spoke franchise model makes it affordable and easy to scale additional locations to be serviced by your Lapels Cleaners facility.
There are a lot of variables to determine when you will be open for business. The Lapels Corporate team has been through this process hundreds of times and each opening has its own challenges that we are able to navigate through. Our in house Corporate real estate and construction experts will be with you every step of the way. Our goal here at Lapels corporate is to get the store open within 180 days of signing your agreement.

Our standard dry cleaning plant package allows you to comfortably support up to 5 additional satellite stores. Upgrades to our equipment package are available to allow you to support more than 5 locations. Your vision and goal of operating or servicing additional locations is something we will determine early on in your discovery process of Lapels.
You do not need dry cleaning experience. We will train you the Lapels way which is different than most dry cleaning operations today. You will learn all aspects of the Lapels opportunity but we don’t want you to be a dry cleaner we want you to be a business owner.
